Flexographic Technical Association’s (FTA) 2016 Fall Conference will feature a session to tackle the ever-present topic of training. The 75-minute session, “Developing Productive, Profitable Talent—A Trainer’s Guide to Success” will take place on Tuesday, October 11 from 8:30 a.m. – 9:45 a.m.
There are many ways to develop productive employees, and there are numerous benefits that a highly skilled workforce brings with it such as increased productivity and efficiency, reduced employee turnover and increased job satisfaction. This session will feature expert panelists who have had direct experience training a workforce. They’ll share what works, what doesn’t, and what pitfalls to avoid when training a team. Attendees will discover how to maintain momentum and keep an eye on improving today, so a competitive edge is guaranteed for tomorrow.

Serving as conference chairs are Eric Frank, KBA-Flexotecnica and Sean Teufler, Siegwerk. Those registering on or before September 9 will save $100.
