Gintzler International, located in Buffalo, NY, USA, has purchased its fourth Gallus ECS 340 label printing press. As a Resource Label Group Co., the acquisition of this equipment is evidence of Gintzler’s continued commitment to make investments in technology a top priority.
Dan Rozanski, General Manager commented, “Through the years, Gallus has proven to be a reliable and cost-effective investment in our growth and success. We made the decision to acquire a fourth ECS 340, because we wanted to enhance our level of service, accommodate increased demand and enable our company to expand into new markets.”
The Gallus ECS 340 is ideally configured for outstanding operational efficiency. With an exceptionally short web path, the press includes quick change technology and enhanced impression cylinder adjustments that speed makeready, helping to reduce waste to an absolute minimum.
The new 10-Color press features flexographic, screen, and cold foil printing capabilities; UV curing; a turn-bar for two-sided printing; register control; and two die stations. The printing press is now fully operational and joins an extensive repertoire of equipment used to produce custom pressure sensitive labels and packaging solutions.
