Repacorp, Inc., a label manufacturer with headquarters in Tipp City, OH, USA, has acquired Hooven-Dayton Corp.’s assets and intellectual property. The deal took place on June 8, 2018. The asset purchase terms have not been disclosed. Some equipment will be incorporated into Repacorp’s three facilities located in Ohio, Wisconsin and Arizona. The rest of the equipment will be auctioned on July 11, 2018.
The Branford Group, an industrial auction company, with Joseph Finn Co & North East Printing Machinery, will conduct an online auction for the remaining assets formerly owned by Hooven-Dayton Corp.
