Dynatrol has designed a new viscosity system for precise measurement with fast and continuous readings. The new Dynatrol CL-10DV viscometer operates in a wide range of conditions, providing excellent results for polyvinyl alcohol emulsions, acetate dope, acetone based emulsion, ammonium diurante, conformal coatings for PC Boards, ethanol, stillage, filled asphalt, methyl chloroform, polymers, polypropylene, polystyrene and other industrial products. The company also provides excellent repeatability in Newtonian or shear thinning liquids.
The Dynatrol viscometer utilizes a vibratory principle to provide continuous measurement at on-line process conditions. This eliminates the need for sampling and provides improved accuracy. With no moving parts, it is virtually wear-free – ensuring a long operating life.
Crafted in the USA, the Dynatrol Viscosity Probe is available in stainless steel and other corrosion-resistant materials. It operates in ranges up to 100,000 centipoise and has a standard pressure rating of 1,000 PSI and a standard temperature rating of 300°F. Higher pressure and temperature ratings are available, as well.
The product is CSA NRTL/C approved for Class 1 Group D Division 2.
The Dynatrol Digital Converter Series 3000 is used with all Dynatrol viscosity systems. It accepts information from a Dynatrol Viscosity Probe and calculates the viscosity of the liquid under test and displays the viscosity in standard units. It is microprocessor based for digital accuracy, with noise immunity for harsh industrial environments.
