Kingfisher Labels, based in Yate, North Bristol, has invested in yet another Edale Label press. The second Edale FL3 is due to be installed in the first quarter of 2019 and comes less than three months after the first FL3 installation.
The 6-color, 350mm wide press is specified for high quality labels and will assist Kingfisher with its continued growth.
Louise Bailey, Edale’s sales and marketing manager, comments, “Working with Kingfisher on these two machines has been a pleasure. The addition of the modular FL3’s will open up new doors for Kingfisher. Not only will it help reduce setup times, minimize waste and increase production speed, it will also give them the highest print quality. Our partnership with Kingfisher began in 2011 and since that point every press bought by Kingfisher has been supplied by Edale, we are very proud and honored to be an integral part of Kingfisher’s success story.”
Karl Jackson adds, “Edale has been our supplier now for many years. Their continued investment in design and automation has meant as we grow, Edale has the correct solution for us as a business and so we do not need to look elsewhere. The addition of two high-quality presses in a matter of six months will allow us to serve our expanding customer base with the most up-to-date technology on the market."
