“After an exhaustive search, we are proud to announce this affiliation with Quality Discount to represent our NW series in both North and South America,” said Michael Brice, Vice President Sales & Business Development for INX. “Their organization has history on its side and an impressive customer base. They also have an outstanding group of people with industry experience and product knowledge who have the ability to match the right equipment to give customers an advantage.”
“We are excited with our INX partnership to provide the NW series of digital press equipment up to 13 inch web width, to the label narrow web and manufacturers of the Americas,” remarked Matt McCabe, Quality Discount’s Sales Manager.
The INX Narrow Web series of UV/LED Digital Label presses provide label converters, packaging, in-house and commercial printers the ideal situation to seamlessly transition to digital inkjet technology. For example, the NW210 with its printing width of 210 mm, offers resolutions of 360 x 360 dpi or 360 x 720 dpi and produces labels at speeds up to 80 feet per minute. The compact machine allows 100 percent variable print designs and cut shapes for each label, enabling owners to offer unique capabilities for their customers.
The NW340, with a printing width of 340 mm, has increased resolution up to 1200 x 1200 dpi and speeds up to 150 feet per minute to satisfy market demand and compete with offset presses. The complete solution includes high quality inks and multiple finishing options to help printers meet the increasing demand for high quality, short-run digital printing. McCabe believes it plays into Quality Discount’s strengths.
“The INX NW series,” said McCabe, “is truly the total solution for today’s label manufacturers, providing an integrated solution with inline printing and die cutting at speeds comparable to their flexographic counterparts. It is reasonably priced without the need for separate finishing equipment, click charges and expensive service contracts.”
Quality Discount serves the label, tag and narrow web markets, as well as digital, packaging, wide web, and offset/sheetfed converters in North, Central, and South America and other countries. A fixture in the Philadelphia area since 1993, the company operates from a 34,000 square-foot facility with the capability to support expanded product lines and large inventories. Coupled with an outstanding customer service team, Quality Discount continues on its path with steady growth.
“The NW series is the perfect addition to our vast line of equipment options,” summed up McCabe. “It provides us with a complete solution for our customers’ digital printing needs, with seamless support from someone they know and trust.”
