Kocher+Beck's GapMaster system is on display at the company's Labelexpo Europe booth. The GapMaster is being showcased alongside Kocher+Beck's full portfolio of rotary diecutting technology and other products.
The rotary diecutting technology specialist’s GapMaster allows top and bottom-side stamping, and can be used in different printing presses of the same type. It features a stable storage coupled with oil or air lubrication and has been designed for dynamic applications and large material thicknesses.
Kocher+Beck is also showcasing its UR Precision non-stop product line, which guarantees an interruption-free supply of material in printing and finishing processes, the company says. This technology uses intelligent data networking functions, which are being demonstrated during the exhibition.
Kocher+Beck is promoting its TecScreen division, as well, showcasing a new mesh. Kocher+Beck is presenting a compact washout unitf or the first time, too. Its processing unit supports standardization and optimization of the washout and drying processes. The event has also seen the introduction of the new generation of GlueX coating, developed in the company’s in-house technology center. GlueX features improved a non-stick effect, allowing for longer cleaning intervals.
Additionally, the company is displaying the KMS-4 force measurement system and Quick Change diecutting station.
