Tecnocut, which is intent on producing the highest-quality products to meet delivery requirements at competitive prices, has launched the Pit Stop diecutting unit.
The new diecutting unit features a die-cylinder change in a matter of seconds, the company says. This new release is suitable for use with a wide range of machines thanks to its adaptability and easy integration.
"When people talk about productivity, it can often be the diecutting efficiency that is in focus," states Tecnocut. "With this quick-change diecutting tooling solution, you can really increase your machine productivity by reducing setup and tool changes.
"We strive each day to achieve our goals through our vision, hard work, and communication," the company adds. "We embrace the changes needed to keep up with today’s fast-paced manufacturing industry. Pit Stop is the only diecutting unit with a quick-change system that incorporates the latest version of the E-Diff system, allowing micrometric control of the depth of cut at all times together with a pneumatic pressure control. Everything is controlled from the same panel."
