Sessions are defined by PSPs and industry partners who know first-hand the challenges and opportunities printers and operators face. Registration and discounted pricing is available now.
This year’s theme, “Turning Ideas into Reality,” is a nod to the enhanced capabilities of digital print and a nod to the PSPs who create and deliver amazing work for their clients. Key focus areas include: Edge-Ucation, Networking and Cutting-Edge Technology, a combination that goes beyond the theoretical, beyond high-level tech talk, to drive PSP business growth and revenue.
Edge brings together all the players in the digital print ecosystem, delivering practical, relevant tools, training, applications, and collaboration that will help PSPs maximize their graphic arts technology and equipment; stretch the boundaries of digital print into new frontiers; and help them print more, print smarter, and be more profitable.
Edge-Ucation sessions are designed by Dscoop’s PSP-led education committee, ensuring that the knowledge and skills training is immediately applicable. For example, the "Make it Real Technical Track" includes over 30 education and hands-on technical training in small-group workshops. Valuable documentation and how-to guides are included, so attendees can re-create what they learn when they’re back at the plant. As a new feature to the agenda, two business-focused sessions are scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
“Where else can you get tailored, hands-on training on the latest HP Indigo technology?” asks Keith Wilmot, CEO of Dscoop. “Where else can you learn about applications that are fueling the fastest-growing PSPs in the industry? Where else can you hear from the technology innovators themselves? And where else can you attend small-group sessions led by great minds like investment experts Paul Reilly and Jim Russell of New Direction Partners, or Arizona State’s CMO, Dan Dillon, or Daniel Dejan from Sapi Fine Paper, talking about Disruptive Innovations? Nowhere but Edge."
Attendees have consistently given Dscoop’s networking opportunities top marks for expanding their professional networks, building industry relationships and creating more business through joint endeavors. “And it all happens under one roof,” says Wilmot. “You’re spending quality time with hundreds of PSPs, solution partners, marketers, and creatives – leading players in the digital printing space. That’s incredible value in terms of helping you grow your business, capabilities and customers.”
In addition to education and technical training on the latest technology, the Solutions Showcase at Dscoop Edge spotlights the newest HP Indigo technology, and partner solutions and applications that are driving greater innovation, productivity and growth.
“This is a rare opportunity to see end-to-end solutions that are absolutely relevant to your business and to understanding the entire workflow – including partners, supplies, and the latest technology,” says Craig Hath, Dscoop’s global director of Partner Programs. “Imagine meeting one-on-one with the experts who developed the technology you’re using. Ask questions, discover new applications, see demonstrations and solutions that bring marketing, packaging, labeling, and brand ideas to life. It’s all about how you can serve your customers better and offer greater results.”
Keynote speakers at Dscoop Edge Orlando include:
- Chris Barez-Brown, founder of Upping Your Elvis, will show attendees how to enhance their personal creativity and create organizations that are more innovative, more “human,” and drive more bottom-line results.
- Kristen Hadeed, founder and CEO of Student Maid, will discuss how organizations can create a culture that empowers people to be the best version of themselves every day.
- Johnny Earle, founder of Johnny Cupcake, will share how to create loyalty and obsession for your products, your business, and within your teams – through the power of social media and experiential branding.
For example, in addition to a free Dscoop Edge ticket, Dscoop One exclusive benefits include the Edge VIP experience, with VIP registration access and lounge, a free ticket to drupa 2020, never-before-offered HP discounts, sneak peeks to the latest innovations from HP Graphic Arts’ portfolio, a free annual membership to LinkedIn Elevate (a paid content service for maximizing business, only available to participating companies), and more.
“Our members are collaborative, and they also like the competitive edge of being the first to see and learn the latest technology, exclusive business-generating solutions, industry products and solutions shaping the future of Graphic Arts,” says Wilmot. “Dscoop One members get all that and more.
”To be the best, you must learn from the best,” Wilmot adds. “And with our just-announced, unprecedented Pack-Edge group pricing, you can cost-effectively bring your entire technical team and operators to learn directly from HP’s leading experts. No excuses – it's time to become the best.”
