Anderson & Vreeland – Bryan, OH, USA – Anderson & Vreeland has named Brad Cardell the new technical sales representative. He will offer technical sales and support throughout North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Jack Cook (2) has also joined the company as the new account manager for Southern California, Arizona and New Mexico.
Atlas Die – Elkhart, IN, USA – Atlas Die has announced the recent appointment and return of Ken Smott as president and CEO. He previously served as president and CEO for 15 years, leading the steel rule, rotary and solid tooling divisions.
AWT Labels & Packaging – Minneapolis, MN, USA – AWT has announced that Dave Olson is transitioning into retirement, and Blake Insteness will now serve as medical device point person. Mike Dispenza and Dave Tovar will also serve on the company’s sales staff. The changes became effective in February 2016.
C&M Conveyor – Mitchell, IN, USA – C&M Conveyor has announced the appointment of Tony Leckie (3) as its new regional sales manager for the Western Territory, including California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

Computype – St. Paul, MN, USA – Computype has named Mike Sanislo vice president of RFID Systems. He has provided professional consultancy services to the company for the last five years.
Durst – Rochester, NY, USA – Larry D’Amico has joined Durst North America as the company’s director of sales. He served as vice president of Digital Imaging for Agfa Graphics for the last five years.
Goebel IMS – Darmstadt, Germany – Goebel Schneid- und Wickelsysteme GmbH, part of the Italian IMS Deltamatic Group, has appointed its new management board. Roberta Ghilardi will be in charge of administration and finance; Peter Bauer will serve as managing director of operations; and Harald Knechtel is the new managing director of worldwide sales and marketing.

Flextec Corporation, a prime label and printed packaging converter located in Colorado Springs, CO, USA, was recently awarded full certification from Graphic Measures International (GMI).

Flextec’s newly appointed director of operations Jeff Collins headed up the team tasked with achieving GMI certification. He comments,

Second, although we had decades of printing experience in-house, most of it was in our heads. After going through the GMI process, that knowledge and experience is preserved.
