This August, StickerGiant was honored as the Colorado Manufacturer of the Year in Advanced Manufacturing & Machining. The award recognizes outstanding operations resulting from continuous improvements in operations, infrastructure, and people. StickerGiant was largely recognized for its production process that allows the company to turn around most sticker and label products within 24 hours, outpacing what the company says is the industry standard of 4-5 business days.
StickerGiant was also ranked #6 in the Denver Business Journal’s 2020 Best Places to Work Awards. This was the second year in a row the company was featured in the annual rankings based on company size, revenue and employee feedback.
According to John Fischer, founder of StickerGiant, “Our growth and good fortune is a direct return on the investment we make every day in our company culture. Our Giants – as we call our employees – have stepped up with a passion and dedication to helping our clients use stickers and labels for promotion, safety and new products to get them through these uncertain times.”
StickerGiant was started in Fischer’s basement in 2000. Today, the Longmont, CO company employs 100 people and prints more than 100+ million stickers and labels a year.
StickerGiant actively co-creates an environment where, Fischer says, "All of our Giants can bring their whole selves to work and be provided with a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible work space in alignment with company values – to be all in, to grow and learn, and to spread positive energy."
All employees receive regular briefings on everything from the daily finances to long-term planning for the growth of the business.
“Our ongoing success is a testimony to our Giant’s commitment and love for each other and our company – this is what makes our growth engine meaningful, and what fuels internal relationships that foster trust in innovative thinking and process improvement,” notes Beth Smith, COO of StickerGiant.
