How does NarrowWebExchange.com handle large $$$ transactions over the internet?
- The money that changes hands between Buyer and Seller in a transaction for any item sold on our site is done completely between the Buyer and Seller offline.
- While listing an item for sale, a Seller must choose a method or methods of payment he/she will accept from a potential Buyer. The Seller can choose only one, several, or all of the options given. Options for payment are as follows: Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Company Check, or Wire Transfer.
- Once a listing ends successfully with a Buyer, Buyer and Seller then exchange details to arrange for payment and pick-up of the item via our on-site communication system.
- Our site only requires that a minimal 5% Buyer’s fee be charged to a Buyer’s credit card. This is done automatically, within 24 hours once an item is purchased. The amount charged to the credit card is capped at $1,000 to prevent the transaction from being rejected at higher amounts. If the Buyer’s fee is above $1,000 the Buyer will be invoiced the balance and can pay via check or wire transfer.
